Your software license will alert you prior to expiry. You can renew your subscription seamlessly through our Super Admin billing portal without losing any student, room, or payment records.

Is my hostel data shared with any other hostel?

No. Every customer hostel receives its own completely isolated MySQL database instance. Other hostels on the platform have zero cross-database query access to your student or financial information.

Can I upgrade from Basic to Premium later?
